Great Customer Service

I had an issue with my last order and was not getting any responses from customer service, which is usually odd. I was angry and persistent but found out there was server issues and my emails were not going through. Once doscovered, I was taken care of immediately and was even given an extra perk in my order. The rep was very apologetic and very helpful! Will continue to order without any doubts! Thanks guys!
